I took this in October
I planned to have something written up for my first post but that never happened so...here is a cute little list of things that I'm currently living for:
1. Taking pictures of nature with iPhone camera. aahh crisp.
2. Atlanta based girl rapper/rocker Bali Baby; literally her music is like nothing I've ever heard before.
Some of her songs I like are "WWW", "Few Things",
"Winter Wonderland", "Coup", "Banana Clip", and off her newest album "Bloody Mary"
3. My new giant tea mug! I drink tea pretty often and my brothers got tired of me taking their big mugs so my mom got me a HUGE one of my own. I didn't think to take a photo of it though but its white.
4. Offensive Balaclavas. I'm currently studying Russia and learning to speak the the language. and it just so happens I've recently picked up crocheting because of my mom's bi-weekly "crochet parties". My first project was to make a ski mask and while looking up a pattern for this online I found out about Russian balaclavas. So now Im working on making one similar to what I have pictured here. I'm simply in love with this statement winter accessory! I will post photos as soon as I have completed the finished product.

5. 9x6 inch spiral pound sketchbooks. I love finding these in the dollar store or art supply stores because they are easier to carry with you and perrrfect for those  bursts of inspiration moments when you just need to pull out a pencil and sketch your thoughts.
6.The fact that my local grocery stores are carrying more and more vegan products, they are usually pricey but its still a good thing I think.

7. Meg Wolitzer's novel "The Female Persuasion". Sometimes I go to the library and I just want a book so I check out the first thing that catches my eye. This one turned out to be a fairly good read somehow! It had some interesting plot twists and got me thinking about the meaning of
character.

8. This cover art! I'm reading Neil Gaiman's American Gods but as soon as I'm done with that I'll be back for this one!
I think that's pretty much everything I've been living for these past few days.
